Account Information: When you create an account on the DanteGPU platform (e.g., as a user, GPU provider, or AI tool publisher on Agora), we collect information such as your username, password, email address, and potentially wallet addresses (e.g., Solana wallet address for
$dGPU
token transactions).Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information for your public profile, such as a display name, avatar, or description of your services or AI tools.
GPU Provider Information: If you register as a GPU provider, we collect details about your GPU hardware, availability, and potentially performance metrics.
AI Tool Information (Agora): If you publish AI tools on Agora, we collect information about your tools, including descriptions, functionalities, pricing (in
$dGPU
), and any data required for the tool to operate if processed through our platform.Payment Information: While transactions are conducted using the
$dGPU
token on the Solana blockchain, we may log transaction hashes, amounts, sender/receiver wallet addresses (which may be pseudonymous) related to your use of the Services for billing, dispute resolution, and platform fee calculation. We do not directly store private keys for user wallets.Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for customer support), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
Information We Collect Automatically3 When You Use Our Services:
Log Data and Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with our Services, such as IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and other actions taken within the Services. This includes logs generated by our backend microservices.

Blockchain Information: We interact with the Solana blockchain to verify transactions involving

tokens. Information related to these transactions (e.g., transaction ID, sender/receiver addresses, amounts) is publicly available on the blockchain and may be associated with your account for service delivery.

With Other Users, GPU Providers, and AI Tool Publishers:
Your public profile information may be visible to other users of the platform.
When you engage in a transaction (e.g., renting GPU time or using an AI tool on Agora), necessary information (which may include your username or pseudonymous wallet address) will be shared with the other party to facilitate the transaction and service delivery.
Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry12 out work on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, data analytics, customer support, security). These providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
Blockchain Transactions: Transactions involving
$dGPU
tokens occur on the Solana blockchain, which is a public ledger. Transaction details (such as wallet addresses, amounts, and transaction IDs) are publicly visible and immutable.Legal Requirements and Safety: We may disclose your information if we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
Enforce our terms of service or other agreements,13 policies, and standards, including investigation of potential violations thereof.

We retain personal information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with a service you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Information on the Solana blockchain is public and immutable and cannot be deleted by us.

We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your20 personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.21 However, no internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error-free, and you should take special care in deciding what information you send to22 us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
Your interactions with the Solana blockchain and management of your private keys for your Solana wallet are your own responsibility.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take23 steps to delete such information.
